梁艳春，女，中国科学院国家天文台研究员，博士生导师，教育处处长。曾任国际合作处处长。2001年获理学博士学位，同年赴法国巴黎默冬天文台做博士后及德国慕尼黑大学做访问学者。2004年4月回国加入中国科学院国家天文台工作至今。作为参加者曾获得国家自然科学奖二等奖、北京市科学技术奖二等奖、 河北省科学技术奖三等奖。
主要从事星系的金属丰度、星族、恒星形成率、亮红外星系、超新星寄主星系、低面亮度星系、银河系化学演化模型及恒星元素丰度等方面的研究工作。多项研究成果发表于国际知名期刊，包括ApJ、AJ、A&A、MNRAS、RAA等，总计90余篇，总引用900余次。现为中国天文学会女天文工作组委员会副主任、国际天文学联合会（IAU）会员。曾任IAU妇女天文工作组执委会委员、IAU提案委员会委员、中国天文学会和北京天文学会副秘书长等。先后承担国家自然科学基金面上项目、青年项目，参与基金委重点项目、科技部973项目等。
