报告摘要/Abstract:
In this presentation, Dr. Rubén García-Benito will offer a concise description of four Integral Field Spectroscopy Surveys, encompassing those that have undergone remastering, are presently ongoing, or are anticipated in the near future. These surveys derive data from Spanish Observatories and are fundamentally aimed at deepening our understanding of galaxy evolution. He will delineate their core scientific objectives, briefly touch upon the key instrumentation employed, and spotlight noteworthy preliminary discoveries, including one that has been recently published in Nature.

报告人介绍/Bio:
Dr. Rubén García-Benito (鲁文) is a Senior Scientist at the Instituto de Astrofísica de Andalucía (IAA, Granada) of the Spanish National Research Council (CSIC). His expertise spans galaxy evolution, stellar populations, and the interstellar medium; he has also contributed to instrumentation projects. Previously, he served as a Research Fellow at the Kavli Institute pfr Astronomy and Astrophysics (KIAA) at Peking University. He has authored over 130 refereed papers featured in journals including Nature, A&A, and ApJ.  Additionally, he founded CosMonic, a pioneering project that introduces scientific data sonification for outreach, artistic expression, and scientific analysis. This innovative initiative explores the auditory dimension, providing an alternative understanding of astrophysics through sound.
